Halong Bay

Mystical, magical, breathtaking. These are just a few words to describe Halong Bay. After a 4 hour bus ride where we watched cars, scooters, walkers and bicyclists share the road in a way Adam and I have ever seen before, (with no yelling or cursing I might add) a tourist stop where we watched people carve statues for your yard out of stone, we boarded the Bhaya 1 ship and set sail to see the mountain like limestone rocks that legend says were created by a dragon. Halong Bay is the home of people who live in tiny little floating houses, pearl farmers, fishermen and women, and the most amazing cave I have ever seen. If you ever come to Vietnam you can not miss Halong Bay!!
